Beautiful location along Tulum beach. The property itself is absolutely stunning and you once you step out of your place, you are on beautiful sand. The location is perfect and pretty much walking distance from all the main famous beach clubs and restaurants including Taboo, Tantu, Bagatelle and Bonbonniere; as well as being next door to MIA. You get access to sun loungers outside the premises and MIA beach club parties (only Thursday and Sunday) which normally can be quite expensive. We had the family room between 3 which was more than enough space. The place was clean and exactly as described from the pictures. There is free water and coffee available 24/7 from the front desk and bottled water/snacks to buy as well. They have a beautiful library and cinema room available and different activities including yoga and massages along the beach front. Would 100% recommend this property and would return again.

The hotel is very good, and very well located next to the beach, and with restaurants and shops nearby. It has its own Beach Club (Mia), with exceptional DJs shows during the afternoon and night. If you like electronic music, check what artists are playing. The first time I came, I saw Monolink's show, and it was amazing. I stayed at the shared bedroom, and the room was clean, the bed was confortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel has a good sized swimming pool looking to the beach, and you can also sunbathe at the guest chairs on the sand. The staff was very kind, and if you choose to have the breakfast included, you won't be disappointed.

I exeperienced staying on one of the teepees and it is situated a few steps away from the water (teepee 1-4) which is absolutely relaxing and an adventure. Security for 24/7 which I feel safe all the time. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was well working despite the weather was hot and humid. the shared bathroom was always clean. fresh towels and cleaning the room was done daily. Mia beach club/restaurant was situated in the property and the energy was great and some parties at night time was nice as well. the beach itself was clean and everyday they took care of the sargassum. Overall, it’s worth the money if you want to stay in the hotel zone.

I booked a Teepee here for 2 nights before moving to a micro room for 3 the teepee was so much better! Although there was less space it was much more comfortable the bathrooms were lovely and constantly cleaned - they were spotless the teepee is decorated nicely and the bed is super comfy there is an AC unit which works perfectly to keep it cool the location is perfect - right on the beach and so many freee activities included./ yoga, meditation, cinema night etc. I’d already extended my stay by 3 days but I wish I could’ve stayed longer!!

I booked a last second trip to Tulum/Selina and got upgraded to a large room!!! It was SUCH a pleasant surprise, it made my trip! The staff is incredibly friendly, you can tell when staff is happy working at their job. Very centrally located, I would love to come back again! Th restaurant was actually great and guests get 20% off. Totally worth it!
